Aliyah's Intelligence is an AI strategy, research, and future-of-work education company.
We help people understand complex technology without reducing it to hype, fear, or a list of shortcuts. Our work sits at the intersection of engineering, human judgment, careers, education, and the decisions organizations make as the ground shifts.
We deliver keynotes, workshops, executive sessions, education programs, and select AI/ML research and advisory engagements. Different formats. One standard: the work has to leave people enabled to make more intelligent decisions in the age of AI.

Aliyah B. Gibbs built her career by studying the rules no one explained. The rules behind getting into engineering. The rules behind being recognized for your value. The rules behind helping people move from hearing about AI to understanding and using it.
Before the awards, the research, and the national stages, Aliyah spent four years getting rejected for engineering internships while working at McDonald's. No mentor. No roadmap. No insider network. So she built her own framework — the system behind every engineering role she has secured since. Not one lucky break. Every role.
Today, Aliyah is an award-winning Senior AI Research Engineer and professional speaker whose work spans machine-learning research, AI-adoption research, and AI education. Every year, she trains thousands of professionals in generative AI and AI/ML.
